The package didn't arrive! Would like to know what is going on. I have gotten this email twice now but the product that i ordered hasn't shown up. Please tell me was there some kind of error in the order or will it just take more time to come.

The detail on the ring is really great and is easily adjustable, however the quality of the material it is made out of is rather questionable. But considering the price for it, i think it's a fair trade.
